Non solo influenza la digestione, ma anche il sistema immunitario, la pelle, il peso e persino il nostro umore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma questo delicato ecosistema \u00e8 <strong>Facilmente sbilanciabile<\/strong> - e ricostruirlo nello stesso modo mirato.
