Toda kaj to\u010dno se skriva za njim in za koga je primeren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kaj pravzaprav pomeni \"FODMAP\"?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>FODMAP je kratica za:<br><strong>F<\/strong>ermentabilno<br><strong>O<\/strong>ligosaharidi<br><strong>D<\/strong>isaharidi<br><strong>M<\/strong>onosaharidi<br><strong>A<\/strong>nd<br><strong>P<\/strong>olyole<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ti ogljikovi hidrati se v \u010drevesju slabo absorbirajo, hitro fermentirajo ter lahko povzro\u010dajo pline in zadr\u017eevanje vode - zlasti pri ob\u010dutljivih ljudeh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za koga je primerna dieta z nizko vsebnostjo FODMAP?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieto so prvotno razvili na univerzi Monash (Avstralija) za zdravljenje <strong>Sindrom razdra\u017eljivega \u010drevesja (IBS)<\/strong> razvito.
